Product overview
The PET unit dose cabinet is designed to provide a compact, efficient workstation for PET radiopharmaceutical handling in nuclear medicine hot labs. The cabinet combines a shielded work area on top with fully shielded storage below, allowing preparation and storage functions to be consolidated into a single footprint.
The upper work surface incorporates an L-Block shield with a built-in dose calibrator shield, along with a shielded sharps container to support safe unit dose preparation. In addition, an L-Block shield cave provides added shielding during handling tasks. The cabinet is designed to accommodate a dose calibrator and its associated shielding as part of the overall workstation layout.
Below the work surface, the fully shielded cabinet provides enclosed storage for materials used during PET workflows. As a result, the cabinet supports efficient movement between preparation and storage while fitting into space-constrained environments. It is intended to be used as part of a broader radiation protection strategy and should be coordinated with room layout and surrounding shielding elements.
